Sheep Back fat

This fat comes from the outside of the carcass and was trimmed off of other cuts of meat.  It typically has small amounts of meat attached to it.  This would be best used to add into a sausage because of its robust flavor.

 Packages range from 2-5lbs  the price here is per pound so we’ll send you as close to that amount as possible.
