Pre-order whole lambs for this coming year!

Lock in your lamb for this year and save by pre-ordering today. When you pre-order your lamb, you will receive an email notification requesting information on how you want the meat cut.  

There will be 3 options:

1) Lamb cut into 8 primal cuts for you to complete the butchering process

2) Full custom order which will be attached and you must fill out and return via email

3) Whole lamb cut the “Custer” way (see whole lamb bundle option)

Payment: $100 per animal up front to reserve your lamb/s.  

When the lamb is processed a final weight is figured and $10/lb is added and charged to you for final billing before shipping or at time of pickup.  Processing will happen in November and December 2024.  You’ll receive an email updating the timing 1 week before the animals gets processed.

Full refunds are available up to August 31, 2024 

We’re asking for the down payment to be certain of holding the lamb for you. If there was no $ down it’s easy to be flaky. But if you really want to let someone else have that lamb let us know before the refund date of August 31, 2024.
